Product Description

Stones should be cleaned prior to use. Do NOT boil any stone hardscape.

Grey River Slate is an aquarium-safe hardscape that calls for creative application. Given a flat profile, these stones are great for aquascape layouts that require stacking or building. They can be glued together using aquarium-safe adhesives or placed atop as long as stability is double checked. Alternatively, Grey River Slate can also be used to increase stability beneath a layout that utilizes aquarium driftwood! These stones are super versatile and can also be broken apart to create paths or accents in the foreground. We recommend wrapping these stones with aquatic mosses such as Riccia, Pellia, Fissidens and more.

How many pounds do I need?
We advise 2 x Tank volume in gallons = Total amount of pounds required

TIP: Soaking stones in muriatic acid will provide a darker shade of color. Please do thorough research to ensure safety measures are understood and followed.
